Oh... time to regroup. We had a hot, busy, fun weekend. I'm not sure this even SOUNDS good with the heat index being 120 but I'm thinking about making Lisa's Lazy pot roast so we can have left overs this week. ?? Sound good?? Yes? No?
I am also going to make Carrie's mom's icebox pickles. That does sound summery and nice.

We usually like the leftovers the most! We either use it for sandwiches or make roast beef quesadillas. YUM!!!
